Lesson Objectives

  • understand the concept of sensor and product geolocation;
  • understand the concept of direct geo-referencing;
  • understand the concept of aerial triangulation;
  • outline complete UAS data processing workflow;
  • distinguish between different products obtainable from different UAS payload sensors.

  • Complete the Lesson 7 Quiz.
  • Work on your final project report and presentation. (Due next week.)
  • Practice generating DSM and ortho mosaic at different GSDs using Pix4D and evaluate the differences in qualities.
  • Continue working on your COA Application and the Final Project Report.
